Terms and Conditions





1) At the time of booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer or mbway. The booking will only be confirmed once we have received legible proof of payment by email to general @aldeiassuspensas.com.

2) Check-in: To be carried out between 4pm and 8pm. Early check-in is subject to availability. After 8pm, information will be given by telephone.

3) Check-out: To be done by 12 noon. Extension beyond the scheduled time may be possible subject to availability.

4) Change/Cancellation of Reservation: Changes to the number of guests, presence of animals, check-in/check-out time must be communicated in advance and in writing to the owner of the accommodation. If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days before the check-in date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. Otherwise, there will be no refund of the amount paid, with the possibility of rebooking, depending on the availability of the accommodation in question.

5) Visits: Friends/relatives are not allowed during your stay. At no time may the maximum capacity of the house be exceeded. Birthday parties are allowed, if communicated to the owner.

6) Pets : Pets are accepted at Casa da Clarinha and Chalé dos Penedos, at an extra cost of 15€ per stay.

7) Clothes: Bed linen, bath towels, kitchen tablecloth and cloths are provided, depending on the number of people. The house is cleaned and the linen changed after each booking, or weekly in the case of larger bookings.

8) Firewood: We provide one bag of firewood per stay (winter season). If more is needed, it must be requested in advance, at an additional cost of €5.

9) Common areas: Garden, swimming pool and barbecue area (outside).

10) Rules of Conduct: As this is a place of relaxation, we ask that you behave with respect for others and do not promote noise or disturbances at night. Guests accompanied by children are asked to ensure their safety.

11) Damage caused: We reserve the right to prevent guests from staying in the accommodation in the event of violent or less than correct behavior, to demand payment for damage caused maliciously to the house, namely (furniture, heating equipment, bathroom equipment, appliances, crockery, bed linen, etc.). No smoking inside the house.

12) Force Majeure: Aldeias Suspensas houses are subject to the inability to provide service due to unforeseeable situations, consequences of government acts, calamity, natural disasters, war, strikes, disorders, epidemics, quarantines, or other causes. Aldeias Suspensas assumes no responsibility for providing the reservation. In the event of breakdowns or technical or logistical impediments, Aldeias Suspensas undertakes to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and always informs the client. This may result in the need for changes to the service.

13) In compliance with law no. 144/2015 we inform you that for the resolution of consumer disputes you should contact the arbitration commission of the CIAB .
